At Jiu Ding you will be introdced to the same authentic way of Chinese cooking, which is decidedly free of thick and gloppy sauces (glutamate or any other kind of tenderizer is avoided). Jiu Ding embodies old school values and vision. Old fashioned is our philosophy to only bring legendary and authentic Chinese food to our guests. We challenged the status quo - our vision - and process fresh and local ingredients of high quality whenever possible.

Whether you are a China expert or a first-time visitor, everyone will find something to suit their taste. There is almost no limit to the number of delicious dishes that can come out of an unassuming wok.
As it is traditional in China, each individual diner is given their own bowl of rice while the accompanying dishes are served in communal plates or bowls. The communal bowls are shared by all guests at the table.
